half a chicken and avocado sandwich; slice of cantelope; cucumber, avocado & tomato salad

snack:
pita chips & grapes

dinner:
at the lb for my dad's birthday! cheese fondue; short rib with tomatoes, pearl onions, scallions, green beans, and mushrooms; two bites of chocolate fondant (waaah! the baby lost it before i got to finish)

baby report:
cranky in the pm, overstimulated? one small midday poop
